Like a slap in the face, the book of Ecclesiastes shocks and provokes us out of our lethargic lives and apathetic faith. With its bracing descriptions of our unjust world and enigmatic God, Ecclesiastes challenges our notion of what we think life should be like. Instead of life consisting of the comfortable existence we believe we’re owed, the author declares that everything is hevel: fleeting, futile, and absurd. But only when we come to embrace that nothing under the sun satisfies can we truly begin to live. The wisdom of Ecclesiastes encourages us to fear God during our fleeting and futile lives.

LBC is planning a Baptism Sunday on May 24, 2026.  A Baptism class will be held on April 12th at 11:45 am, which is mandatory if you plan to be baptized.  You are also welcome to attend the class if you just want to find out more about being baptized.  Attending the class does not commit you to be baptized.  If you have questions or want to learn more, email Pastor Chris: chris@lincroftbiblechurch.org.

For the flourishing of the church and the faith of the next generation.

Equip is a discipleship conference for young adults (18-30). It aims to encourage, equip, and connect the next generation to God, one another, and their God-given purpose so that the whole church might be built up in love.

This class covers the essential beliefs of Christianity. The purpose of this course is to help believers understand and articulate what is basic to being a Christian. It will help disciples of Jesus define and defend their commitment to being a Christian. The Apostles' Creed has served as the “rule of faith” for nearly 2,000 years, its simplified summary of Christian beliefs will help refresh, clarify, and sharpen believers' faith.

The Youth Group will host a Pancake Brunch following the morning worship service on Sunday, April 19th in the skylight area. The students going on the Challenge Mission trip  will be making pancakes and other breakfast foods.

Everyone is invited, so please come!  The event is free, but donations are encouraged.

The Youth Group will host a car wash fundraiser following the morning worship service on Sunday, May 3rd in the parking lot.  The car wash is free, but donations are encouraged to help fund the youth summer mission trip.

The Bible Reading Plan guides readers through one chapter of the Bible per day, five days a week. Our college ministry is called SPUR. We meet for Bible teaching, worship, fellowship, and special events. 
 

SPUR meets on Sunday evenings from 5:00 - 7:30 pm. 

Are you 55 or older and looking for community with other believers in the same season of life?  Connect 55 is a new ministry looking to provide opportunities to connect and to glorify the name of Jesus by gathering and "doing life together."  We desire to form and strengthen relationships and to encourage one another by using our gifts and talents to serve together. ​​

One of our members, Evelyn Wells, has generously provided addiction recovery resources to us and has dropped off materials in our church library. These materials are now available for anyone who may need them. Evelyn, who is a doctor, is also available to speak with anyone who has further questions or needs guidance on this issue, She volunteers in the addiction recovery unit at the hospital where she works. Thank you, Evelyn, for making this support available to our congregation. 

LBC Kids is now offered for children Nursery through 5th grade during the 10:00 service.  Please check in your children at the LBC Kids desk before the service begins.

The LBC AWANA program meets from September to May on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM and will begin September 18, 2025.  Volunteers are needed!  If you are interested in volunteering or if you have questions, please contact Matt and Faith Clayton at LincroftAWANA@gmail.com

New Jersey Blood Services would like to thank you for the life-saving that happens through donations given at LBC.  In 2024 LBC hosted 12 blood drives collecting a total of 550 units, an average of 46 units per drive.  And 1650 patients may have benefited from the blood collected at Lincroft Bible Church.  New Jersey Blood Services will be at LBC again on Tuesday, April 21st,  from 1:00 - 7:00 pm. ​"Truth Rising" is a 6-week class for ALL women (high school aged and up!) on how to live as Christians in a broken world.  It will meet on Tuesdays from 7:00 - 8:30 pm from April 7 - May 12 at Lincroft Bible Church.  Feel free to invite others.  Please sign up HERE.

Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) believes that people discover their true purpose and identity by knowing God through His Word. That is why BSF offers free, in-depth Bible studies in community for people of all ages around the world. We offer a satellite group for men at LBC that meets on Tuesday nights, 7PM at the church. Transformed Discipleship is not just a Bible Study. It is a group based upon accountability, transparency, and commitment and most importantly, a desire to become more like Christ.
