LBC provides different contexts to grow in faith, from class room learning environments to casual at-home Groups. You find opportunities to learn more about the Scriptures and connect deeper in relationships.

Learning environments to help you follow Jesus
Prayer is essential in the Christian life. And yet, nothing provokes more guilt or insecurities than the topic of prayer. Often, the sense of ought and should consume our thoughts and can be so crippling that we never get down to actually praying. Many wish they prayed more and better. Others feel they don’t know what to say, or how to say it. Thankfully, Jesus has not left us to figure it out for ourselves. He has taught his disciples how to pray.
The Lord’s Prayer is so familiar that many can recite it mindlessly. But maybe that’s part of the problem. Perhaps we haven’t really learned from Jesus what, why, or how to pray. Throughout church history, Christians have learned to pray through instruction in the Lord’s Prayer. This class aims to continue that pattern that we all might pray like Jesus. This course will help disciples of Jesus at any stage of their journey to grow in the practice of prayer.
Core Classes will begin September 27 at 8:30 am. We will meet in the Upper Elementary Classroom near the Skylight area. This class will end on November 15.

COMMUNITY GROUPS
Community Groups are relational environments committed to helping each other become like Jesus. These are groups of 8-12 people committed to practicing the one-another commands of Scripture and embodying our identity as family.
