EQUIP

For the flourishing of the church and the faith of the next generation.

 

Equip is a discipleship conference for young adults (18-30). It aims to encourage, equip, and connect the next generation to God, one another, and their God-given purpose so that the whole church might be built up in love. 

 

 

 

​​2026 THEME

Follow your heart. Follow your passions. Follow your desires. There are all kinds of invitations competing for our attention and our allegiance. Influencers, advertisers, politicians, and even friends make promises and offers for our happiness and flourishing. But can they deliver on their promises? 

 

Jesus also calls for our attention and allegiance with two words. Follow Me. 

 

Jesus’ invitation is simple. It stands in stark contrast to the competing calls of the world. Come and see. Come to me. Come and die. Jesus is inviting you to a life of joy and flourishing that is found in Him…and He CAN deliver on His promises. 

 

Come and see the majesty of Jesus. Come discover what it looks like to truly follow Jesus in your young adult years. Come join us Equip 2026 where you will be encouraged and equipped in your faith as you connect with other 18-30 year olds who have said “yes!” to the great adventure of following Jesus.

Come and See • Session 1

​John 1:39 “Come and you will see.”  In John 1 the disciples of John encounter Jesus and they inquire about who He is and what He is doing. Jesus invites them to come and see. Followed by his invitation to Phillip in which he says “Follow me.” 

 

Come to Me • Session 2

Pastor Dan Terracciano

​Matthew 11:28-29. Jesus says, come to me all who are weary and heavy laden and you will find rest…” This is a message about the heart of Jesus. 

 

Come and Die • Session 3

Pastor Nick Bowden

​Mark 8:34-38. Jesus calls his followers to take up their cross and follow him. To follow Jesus is a death to self and a willingness to submit to Jesus’ lordship.
